When does my allowance reset?
Monthly allowances reset on the 1st. The Free plan's 3 decks are a one-time total, not monthly.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then move to Free. Your decks are never deleted.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrades apply instantly and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, so you keep what you paid for.
Does the free plan watermark exports?
Free PDF exports carry a small “Made with Presentify” mark. Pro and Ultra export clean PDFs and native PowerPoint files.
